At FangHuang (fanghuang.shop), we are committed to providing fast and reliable delivery to our customers across the United States. To ensure the best experience, we utilize our US Local Warehouse to minimize wait times and logistics costs.

1. Shipping Locations & Warehouse

• Domestic (USA): Most of our popular maternity styles are stocked in our US Local Warehouse. These orders are shipped directly from within the United States to ensure rapid delivery.

• International: For items not currently in our US inventory or for international orders, products will be shipped directly from our primary manufacturing facility in Guangzhou, China.

2. Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• Once your order is processed, you will receive a notification with your tracking information.

3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

We partner with top-tier carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL to provide the fastest routes.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly based on carrier delays or peak seasons.

4. Shipping Costs

• Calculated at Checkout: Shipping fees are determined by the weight of the package and the destination.

• Bulk Orders: For large wholesale orders, we offer specialized freight rates. Please contact our sales team for a custom quote.

• Customs & Duties: For orders shipped from our US warehouse, there are no additional customs duties for US customers. For international orders shipped from China, customers are responsible for any applicable import taxes or duties.

5. Order Tracking

Once your package is on its way, we will send a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. You can also track your order directly on our website under the "Track My Order" section.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. FangHuang is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, please contact us at fangh6967@gmail.com immediately.

7. Missing or Damaged Packages

• If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please check with your neighbors or local post office first.

• If your items arrive damaged, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
